Asphalt failure at Drainage Catch Basins is a result of the failure or breakdown of cement the was used to seal the pipe to catch basin structure. The result is the storm water was able to wash away the limestone rock / base, allowing the asphalt (which is a flexible pavement material) to move, therefore resulting in the asphalt failure.

We can perform a remedial repair and restore the rock base and correct this problem.
